Reiki, Transformative Energy Work and Healing Services

We are more than our physical bodies.  Within the meat suits that we wear in our daily lives we have an intricate energetic system which communicates underneath the surface.  Our energy channels transmit our own energies as well as the energies of the collective throughout our subtle energy body. They interact with our nervous system and hormone glands and just like our physical bodies, our energetic bodies can get injured, disturbed and overwhelmed. 

When our energetic system is out of balance this can lead to feelings of fatigue, sadness, anger, and anxiety which often manifest within our physical body as physical pain and other health conditions. We can feel stuck and disconnected from ourselves and from our relationship with the world around us.  The use of Reiki supports the transformation of energy to create a more balanced relationship between our physical, mental, energetic and spiritual bodies so that we feel more balanced in our daily lives.  

Reiki has been a very meaningful and transformative practice in my healing journey and I am pleased to offer both distance and in person Reiki sessions to my clients.
